Jeff Green of the Rockets will be returning to his bench role for Monday’s game against the Lakers, as reported by Ryan Ward of LakersNation.com.
Green had been starting for three consecutive games while Jabari Smith was sidelined with an ankle injury. However, now that Smith has been cleared to play, Green will resume his usual position coming off the bench. In his last five games as a reserve, Green has been averaging 5.6 points and 2.6 rebounds in 15.4 minutes per game.
